Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Payment must be made via bank transfer within 5 days of the invoice date. For invoices unpaid beyond this period, a late payment fee of 8% per month will be charged, calculated from the invoice date.
Important Notice Regarding Damaged Shipments
As Warehouse 1903 GmbH, we ship orders across Europe from Germany using reliable shipping partners, including DHL, DPD, and GLS, depending on the destination country. For the convenience of our customers, we arrange the handover of packages to these courier services.
Please note that once the goods are invoiced, they are considered the property of the buyer, and responsibility for the shipment lies between the buyer and the courier service. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to follow the steps below if a package is damaged upon delivery:
- Inspection Upon Delivery:
- When the courier delivers the package, inspect it carefully for any visible damage.
- If damage is noticed, immediately notify the delivery agent and request a formal damage report.
- Refusal to Document by Courier:
- If the delivery agent refuses to document the damage, you should prepare a written report yourself. In such cases, we recommend requesting the return of the damaged items to the sender.
- If You Accept a Damaged Package:
- If the package has been accepted despite visible damage, do not open it. Keep it intact in its original condition.
- Contact the respective courier service (DHL, DPD, or GLS) promptly to lodge a damage claim.
Important Note: Warehouse 1903 GmbH, as the sender, cannot initiate claims with the courier services on behalf of the buyer. This is a legal limitation, as the recipient of the goods is the buyer.
Once these steps have been completed, we, as Warehouse 1903 GmbH, can support you in seeking compensation from the courier service for any damages incurred. This will help ensure that you are reimbursed for your loss as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in following these procedures to resolve any delivery-related issues effectively.
Notice Regarding Product Defects
Warehouse 1903 GmbH assumes responsibility for any manufacturing defects in the products. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect each item carefully. If any manufacturing defects are identified and the items have not been damaged during shipping, you must report the issue to Warehouse 1903 GmbH within 3 days of receipt.
To report a defect, please contact us at info@warehouse1903.com within this timeframe. Refunds or replacements for defective merchandise will only be processed after the issue is inspected and approved by Warehouse 1903 GmbH.
Please note that defective merchandise will not be accepted for review or compensation if it has been held for more than 3 days after receipt without notification.
We appreciate your cooperation in promptly reporting any issues to ensure a smooth resolution process.
Clarification on Non-Defective Conditions
Please be advised that certain conditions are not classified as manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for refunds:
- Minor Repairs:
- If minor repairs by the customer are deemed feasible, such actions may be requested before a refund is considered. Refunds will only be granted for damages that cannot be resolved through these means.
- Natural Production Variations:
- Due to the nature of the production process, slight marks or white spots may occasionally appear on the products. These are considered normal characteristics by Aykasa Polimer A.S. and are not classified as defects.
As the distributor, Warehouse 1903 GmbH adheres to Aykasa Polimer A.S.’s classification standards. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for conditions deemed non-defective by Aykasa Polimer A.S.
